Chanamthabam Ronika Devi is an enterprising professional with a strong leadership, communication, and creative writing background. Currently serving as the General Manager at Helping Hands Career & IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Manipur, she oversees operations for both branches in Imphal. Her role involves company expansion, client acquisition, social media management, and soft skills training, along with serving as a resource person for various educational institutions. Ronika’s passion for writing and research has led to several notable literary achievements.

Ronika holds an M.A. in English from Delhi University and a B.A. (Hons.) in English from Miranda House. Leveraging her linguistic expertise, she has contributed to multiple anthologies, including Love As We Know It by Delhi Poetry Slam, and has published research papers and articles on socio-economic issues and the Citizenship Amendment Act. She is a passionate writer and runs a blog at chanamthabam.blogspot.com, sharing her literary work and insights. She was selected as the sole English medium author from Manipur to participate in the YUVA Mentorship Programme 1.0, where she published her historical fiction, Ode To The Mother, under the National Book Trust at the World Book Fair 2023. She also represented India twice as a World Youth Leader delegate at the Asia World Model United Nations held in Thailand and Indonesia. Ronika’s passion for writing and research has led to several notable literary achievements and will take the Viksit Bharat vision forward.
