A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Media Industry with exposure to writing print promotional materials, online web content, press releases, copy to assist media campaigns, etc. An advertising background with an understanding of Search Engines and Internet Marketing would be an added advantage.

Competencies:

  • The role requires the candidate to have an exemplary command over the English language, and therefore it is an essential pre-requisite.
  • Responsible for good copy and conceptualization for a variety of clients.
  • Delivering within short time frames and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.

Main duties will include:

  • Participating in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution.
  • Strong conceptualization and writing skills with a comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape.
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts in partnership with the in-house branding and advertising team.
  • Deep understanding of how copy relates to art, design, graphics and typography.
  • Excellent communication, organized, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in branding, social, online marketing, mobile marketing and media concepts.
  • Working knowledge of online media and user experience analysis is a plus.
  • Ability to think on the feet and be confident about propositions and suggestions.
  • Producing original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts, for presentation and execution.
  • Collaborating with designers, art directors and creative directors to bring alive dynamic, creative campaigns.

  • Brand solutions exposure / Brand strategy experience is an added asset
  • Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Ability to leverage relationships, teamwork and ensure timely delivery of campaign
  • To be familiar with social media and marketing to partner effectively with influencers & social media agencies on campaign
  • Familiar with post-production processes and execution
  • Good knowledge of making presentations and working on MS excel and related tools.

Required Skills

  • Good communications skills.
  • Open to learning. Good grasping skills.
  • Prior experience in managing socialmedia/communities will be preferred

Main duties will include:

  1. Make social media postings across facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube, instagram and other channels.
  2. Plan online marketing, write content for periodic newsletters
  3. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  4. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members.
  5. Contributes to offline marketing, events etc. too.
  6. Will be Responsible for ROI of the Campaigns and Strategies.
  7. Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  8. Writes good thought leading content.
